07/31/09: The Henson Creature Shop
What's there to say? Its the Henson Creature Shop!!
07/30/09: Muppet days
Last days at the Henson lot
07/29/09: Screening at the Jim Henson lot
FROG, CHEMICAL, WATER, YOU Is screening on the Jim Henson lot tomorrow.

I've been here for two weeks, learning the ins and outs of our production business. The Jim Henson company is sponsoring me as part of the College Television awards and its been a fabulous experience.
07/21/09: Greenscreen interstitials for Jim Henson's Dinosaur Train
I have the honor of being mentored by Halle Stanford, Executive Producer at Jim Henson. This is the Charlie Chaplin studio, where said actor/ director made his most famous movies! Back in the day there was no roof b/c they used (gasp) the sun to light their studio!

This is the set of a green screen interstital for a new show called Dinosaur train. Its so amazing to get a crash course in the t.v industry with so many creative and accomplished people.

The lot is a little paradise that is also the home of the Henson recording studios, a state of the art studio with some VERY accomplished musicians and producers.

I've learned my craft in film school. Here, I am learning the industry. Its an incredible experience.
